Imo, it would not make any sense to call it Planet "X" and not deliver on customization. Since the game seems to be called "Planet Zoo", I hope it to be the Planet Coaster of zoo management games and hence to have at least decent customization (I'm guessing they'll use the same engine as well). Granted, Frontier could still pull a JWE on us and be VERY restrictive on customization. Just take a look at some of the fans' creations. Customization is much more advanced than RTC3's or ZT2 for that matter. Have you played Planet Coaster? Afaik, it is the most customizable roller coaster park management videogame as of now.
